Animal Policy
Animal SCREENING IS A REQUIRED PART OF THE APPLICATION PROCESS FOR ALL APPLICANTS.
A welcoming environment is paramount to all of our residents with or without pets as well as animals. To help ensure ALL of our residents understand our pet and animal-related policies, we use a third-party screening service and require EVERYONE to complete a profile. This process ensures we have formalized pet and animal-related policy acknowledgments and more accurate records to create greater mutual accountability. Terms
๐พ Pet Screening: $20 Each Additional $15 (2 is maximum allowed)
๐พ No Animal Screening: FREE
๐พ Service or Assistance Animal Screening: FREE
๐พ Pet Rent: Based on Pet Screening Paw Score-Minimum $25
๐พ Pet Fee: Based on Pet Screening Paw Score-Minimum $300. Due and payable at move-in.
The owners of the properties under management set the policy for accepting pets and we respect their wishes. Those who will accept pets do so within the following limits:
๐พ No breeding of any animal on the premises.
๐พ No dogs under 1 year of age.
๐พ Limit of 2 pets
๐พ All applicants must have a completed application with petscreening.com
๐พ Approval is at the discretion of the property manager.
๐พ Those dogs who are on the insurance industry’s list of banned breeds will not be accepted.
๐พ Pet Fee for each pet based on PetScreening paw score.
๐พ Pet Rent for each pet based on PetScreening paw score.
๐พ Paw score is determined by animal breed, weight, age, and other factors.
